Selectable for literal Maps or UDTs.

The parser cannot differentiate between a Map or a UDT in the selection cause because a ColumnIdentifier is equivalent to a FieldIdentifier from a syntax point of view. By consequence, we are forced to wait until the type is known to be able to differentiate them.
